Abstract of the presentation: GenkiFuture is a cross-cultural initiative that explores how digital innovation, including 3D food printing, AI-supported solutions, virtual reality, robotics, serious games and the metaverse, can enhance the wellbeing of older adults. The project brings together researchers, designers, industry and aged-care professionals from Australia and Japan in a coordinated program of co-design workshops and innovation showcases held in both countries. Activities focus on translating everyday rituals of food, memory and socialising into inclusive, human-centred care experiences. Through participatory workshops, older adults and aged-care stakeholders directly shape concepts and low-tech prototypes that support joy, social connection, cognition and dignity. As one of several complementary initiatives, GenkiFuture helps build a sustainable Australia–Japan collaboration and a pathway to scale effective ideas into practice and future digital tools. GenkiFuture is an Australia–Japan Foundation–funded collaboration. GenkiFuture は、オーストラリアと日本の協働によるクロスカルチュラル（異文化協働型）プロジェクトであり、3Dフードプリンティング、AI支援ソリューション、バーチャルリアリティ（VR）、ロボティクス、シリアスゲーム、メタバースなどのデジタル・イノベーションが、高齢者のウェルビーイング（心身の健康と幸福）をどのように高められるかを探求しています。 本プロジェクトでは、両国の研究者・デザイナー・産業界・高齢者ケア専門職が連携し、オーストラリアと日本の双方で共創型デザインワークショップやイノベーション・ショーケースを開催。 「食」「記憶」「社交」といった日常的な儀式（リチュアル）を、包摂的で人間中心のケア体験へと変換することを目指しています。 参加型ワークショップを通じて、高齢者自身や介護現場の関係者が、喜び・社会的つながり・認知・尊厳を支援するコンセプトやローテク・プロトタイプを直接的に共に創り出しています。 この取り組みは、いくつかの相補的プロジェクトの一つとして、 日豪間の持続可能な協働体制を構築し、効果的なアイデアを実践や将来のデジタルツールへと展開する道筋を形成しています。 GenkiFuture は、オーストラリア・ジャパン・ファウンデーション（Australia–Japan Foundation）の助成を受けて実施されている共同プロジェクトです。
